1. Please return the product to No. 46, Alley 3, Lane 106, Section 3, Minquan East Road, Taipei
and provide the receipt information.
You can also come to the store for repair during business hours.
2. If the product is man-made damage, the customer needs to pay for the shipping cost;
If the product is defective, eguchitoys will be responsible for the full shipping cost.
3. After the warranty period ends, the maintenance fee will be charged.
